The standard American diet (s.a.d.) is clearly not something humans were meant to eat. How many diseases would be cured if people were to eat raw fresh food instead of the over-processed junk? I am willing to say a lot. This book agrees. This book gives great schedules, recipes, and transition tips for anyone looking to try a raw food diet. I personally dont eat raw 100% of the time but i always try to do a cleanse a few times a year where i go full raw (sometimes even raw fish/meat). I feel amazing at those points. Clear, full of energy, and vital! Highly recommend this book and raw food eating!

Our body only responds differently depending with what we give it. It's more like Garbage-in-garbage-out sort of thing. Reading the book Graze like a goat by Shawn rashid has given me much insight into all I needed to know about the rar food diet. I had to read this book to understand just how wrong I have been in choosing my diet. Apparently eating one or two fruits is not good enough. I have learnt just the best way to plan my raw food diet. Did you know that eating raw food reduces depression? Apparently a raw food diet can reduce inflammation, support the adrenals and encourage the production of vital brain chemicals responsible for triggering a good mood...Read it Please.
This is a great little guide that teaches you the importance and the benefits of enjoying a raw food diet. It is a very simple guide that can be followed my anybody. All in all great book that I would highly recommend!
Scientists recently discovered that cooking or preparing foods such as boiling them destroys a lot of the nutrients they contain the raw food diet on the other hand make sure that all of us. Nutrients are preserved and used by the body in the most natural way possible. And that of course is consuming foods raw now I am not saying this particular diet is for everybody and I do not grade like to go full-time (I do occasionally like a good steak or a piece of pie were a big bowl of pasta. This book was however a very interesting read and I have given some of the "recipes" a try and I can honestly say they are pretty tasty. And there is definitely something to be said for the convenience of eating raw foods. Not having to spend as much time preparing meals as I do with traditional cooking methods. So there is definitely an advantage for those of us with busy work and life schedules.

I was actually pretty impressed that they were dessert options with the goat diet. Things like fruit and nuts and other raw sugar foods so if like me, you are wondering if the raw food diet would be beneficial to you. This is definitely a good place to start as the book is well thought out and written in plain easy to understand language, with step-by-step instructions for every recipe and for the price point it really can't be beat. If for whatever reason you decide that the raw food diet just isn't for you or you’re not going to use it full-time this book is not as large of investment as some other titles might be.
Great title had to check this book out! I truly believe incorporating raw foods as much as possible into your diet is very important. There are so many health benefits like more energy, fewer illnesses, curing depression and others. This book will give you specific meal plans and recipes.
I couldn't do this diet but was an interesting read.
My aunt told me its better to eat raw than overcook foods. As I grows up, fresh salad and vegies is always one of the best served in our meals. Aside that it is healthy to our body, it's also palatable to my taste. Many hate eating this kind of foods. However, if you start reading this book, I'm sure you will understand and enjoy eating raw food in your diet.
I've been told that doing a raw food cleanse at least once a year can be a very powerful & healing thing for your body, so I'm about to try out soon. This book gave me some great tips and advice on what to take into account and what to avoid when planning and implementing that cleanse. It's easy to understand and offers great value for the price, I highly recommend it.
